Frequently Asked Questions
We are a small, family-run Oregon winery producing fewer than 1,000 cases annually. Every order is carefully packed by our family team. Thank you for your patience and support of small production wines!
When will my order ship?
We do not offer same-day shipping. Orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday (weather permitting). Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Because our small family team manages all aspects of the winery- vineyard, winemaking, events, and fulfillment- shipping schedules may vary slightly during busy periods. We appreciate your understanding.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship via UPS. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our winery, your order is handled by UPS and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Do I need to sign for my shipment?
Yes. Federal and State law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. UPS cannot leave wine on a doorstep. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address where it can be signed for on the first delivery attempt. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or general delivery addresses.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
After one missed delivery attempt, UPS will redirect the shipment to a nearby UPS Access Point rather than re-attempting delivery the next day. The package is held at the Access Point for up to 7 days at no charge. If it isn’t picked up within that window, it will be returned. If no Access Point is available nearby, UPS will continue standard delivery attempts and return the package after a third missed attempt. Additional fees apply to returned shipments.
What is your weather policy?
Wine is a perishable product and can be damaged by extreme heat or cold. We reserve the right to hold shipments when temperatures along the shipping route fall outside safe ranges. If weather could be a concern we highly recommend Next Day Air.
What is your refund and return policies if there is an issue with my order?
Due to the special nature of wine products and legal compliance, we abide by Vinoshippers policies. If you have an issue with your wine shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.
